Is Citinow Casino safe and legitimate for Malaysian players? This Citinow review examines player complaints, terms and conditions, licensing, languages and payment support to help you decide whether Citinow casino is worth signing up for. We cover everything from the operator’s background to how it stacks up on transparency and trust.
Company Information and Licence
Citinow Casino is operated by Northern Lights Limited Holdings Limited and has been running since 2022. The platform holds a licence from the Island of Anjouan, registration number ALSI-202410030-FI1. Malaysia does not issue its own licences for online casinos, and gambling activity remains restricted domestically under laws such as the Common Gaming Houses Act and the Betting Act. As a result, Citinow Malaysia operates entirely under its offshore Anjouan licence, with no Malaysian regulator involved — players should confirm their own legal standing before registering.
Languages and Accessibility
Citinow casino online-casino-malaysia.com/citinow/ supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Bahasa Melayu and Bangla — a genuinely strong lineup for the Malaysian market, with Bahasa Melayu support making the platform noticeably more accessible to local players than many competitors that offer English only.
Payment Methods
Citinow Casino Malaysia supports a wide range of local payment options, including Touch ‘n Go, DuitNow QR, ShopeePay, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, BigPay and Setel, alongside direct bank transfers to Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank and AmBank, plus USDT (TRC20) for crypto users. This local-first payment lineup is one of Citinow casino’s clearer strengths for players banking in Malaysia.
Our Review Process
Our team assessed Citinow Casino by examining its terms and conditions, licensing, player complaints, customer support and any regional restrictions. This produced a Casino Safety Index — a combined score reflecting how safe and fair the casino is likely to be. Citinow scored 7.0 on this scale. Since the platform is still relatively young, we’re currently classifying it as a newer online casino, meaning a full long-term safety picture is still forming. Read on for more detail before deciding if it’s right for you.
Fairness and Security at Citinow Casino
Our Safety Index methodology weighs several factors together: terms and conditions, player complaints, expected revenue, blacklist checks and more. Going through Citinow’s terms and conditions in detail, we found no rules or provisions that read as unfair or predatory — a genuinely good sign, since such clauses can sometimes be used to justify withholding player winnings.
Based on available data, Citinow Casino falls into the smaller-operator category. Given its size, it has a very low number of disputed-winnings complaints on record — in fact, none found at the time of review. Since larger casinos naturally attract more complaints simply due to bigger player bases, we always weigh complaint volume against overall size. We also checked Citinow against major blacklists, including our own, and found no listings.
Citinow Casino’s Terms and Conditions Assessed
Reviewing terms and conditions closely is standard practice, since some casinos bury clauses that work against players. In Citinow’s case, our review turned up no unfair or predatory rules — a clean result that adds to the platform’s overall credibility, even as a newer entrant to the market.
Player Complaints Against Citinow Casino
Player complaints play a major role in how we evaluate casinos, covering both our own Complaints Resolution Centre and other channels. So far, we haven’t found any relevant complaints regarding Citinow Casino.

Players can rate and review casinos on our platform, contributing to an overall score ranging from Terrible to Excellent. Citinow Casino doesn’t yet have any user reviews in our database — an opportunity for early players, including those in Malaysia, to be among the first to share feedback.

Conclusion
Citinow Casino earns a Safety Index of 7.0, backed by clean terms and conditions and no player complaints or blacklist entries so far — solid signs for a newer platform. Citinow casino Malaysia runs under an offshore Anjouan licence with no local regulator involved, and responsible gaming tools remain fairly limited, so a cautious approach is sensible. With strong local payment support and Bahasa Melayu accessibility, Citinow is still worth a look for Malaysian players willing to do their own due diligence.
